Q: “How can I track my order?”
You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the order history page. Additionally, we will send order and shipping information to the email you have registered.
Q: “What are the shipping options?”
We currently only provide free shipping services within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs are included in your total order amount.
Q: “Can I change the delivery address once the order is shipped?”
Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure the accuracy of your provided address before placing an order.
Q: “Can I intercept my order?”
Unfortunately, we cannot intercept orders once they are shipped. Please confirm your order and shipping information before placing an order.

Q: “What type of battery does the product use?”
This product uses a high-quality cylindrical LiFePO4 cell.

Usage Recommendations: These products can supply power to common appliances. It is advised to confirm the power requirements of each appliance before use. Ensure that the sum of the power of all connected equipment is less than the rated power of the respective Energon model.
Q: “How do l know how long the product can be powered?”
The LCD screen of these products will display the remaining usage time, which can be consideredas an estimation of the powering time for the product if the power consumption is stable.
Q: “How to judge whether the product is charging?”
The product will display the charge column and flash when charging, meanwhile, the battery capacity percentage will also change, and display the input power.
Q: “How to clean this product?”
You may wipe this product with a dry, soft, clean cloth or tissue.
Q: “How to store the product?”
When you store the product, please turn it off first, and then store it in a dry, ventilated place with room temperature Do not place this product near water sources. For long-term storage, it is recommended to charge the battery to 80% every three months to prolong the life of this product.
Q: “Can this product be taken on the plane?”
No.
Q: “ls the actual output capacity of the product consistent with the capacity stated in the user manual?”
The capacity indicated in the user manual is the rated capacity of the battery of this productSince this product has a certain efficiency loss during charging and discharging process, the actual output capacity of the product is lower than the capacity specified in the user manual.
Q: “Why does the product make a ’buzzing‘ sound when using?”
Because this product uses an air-cooling system, when the fan is working normally, it will make a slight sound. While, it is a normal phenomenon.
Q: “Why I can't use the product within the rated output power range?”
a.Battery capacity is low and needs to be charged.
